GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and interpreted under the laws of Curaçao without regard for its conflict-of-law rules or jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted according to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration Rules.

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

We reserve our right at any time, with or without prior notice, to alter these Terms and Conditions.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between us regarding your use of the Services.By using the Services you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement without reservation.Failure to comply with any provision within these Terms and Conditions may result in termination or suspension of your account, as well as legal action where permitted by law.
